Initial Comic Character Sketch

So I drew this in like forty minutes and it's probably a strong contender for the best thing I've ever drawn, and definitely the best humanoid I've ever drawn

I would very much like some advice/criticism/comments because I'm thinking of making a comic like this

Oh, and by the way, this is Nep, a soon-to-be teenage superheroine wearing a hoodie (I would also like comments on the hoodie because I kinda like how it turned out but I reckon it could defs be better)
